We would like to introduce a case study of the production of food-grade wide-mouth bottles by Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd. Our customer had requests focusing on deformation prevention during high-temperature filling and heat resistance. Wide-mouth containers are challenging to produce using blow molding due to the difficulty in stabilizing the precision of the mouth. Therefore, we optimized the component shape through repeated prototypes. The three-type, five-layer multi-layer bottle can provide oxidation prevention effects, which can be expected to extend the shelf life when used for food bottles.
